This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at Belcher Addison, with a clear path to directorship within 18-24 months.

You’ll take on significant responsibility from day one, helping to grow the firm and shaping its future. This position will have responsibility for growing the business by taking advantage of Belcher Addison’s client base meaning you’ll play a key role in the firm’s long-term success.

Your Role

You will play a vital role in our Private Client team, handling a wide range of matters, including:

• Wills and estate administration
• Trusts and declarations of trust
• Inheritance tax and lifetime planning
• Cross-border estate issues and foreign assets
• Court of Protection matters, including deputyship and statutory wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for property, finance, health, and welfare

We also encourage:

• Specialisation within private client law, allowing you to carve out your own expertise while supporting the overall growth of the firm.
• Individuals to take on agreed management and practice development roles within the team.

Who You Are

• 5+ years’ PQE in private client law (we may consider candidates with slightly less experience if they have the right skills).
• Experienced in wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters.
• Trained at a reputable firm and looking for a new challenge to help lead, grow and eventually take on an ownership role within a dynamic firm.
• A strong communicator who values client relationships and high-quality, personalised service.
