We also encourage:

  • Specialisation within private client law, allowing you to build a strong personal profile while contributing to the firm’s continued success.
  • Involvement in management and practice development responsibilities, tailored to your interests and aspirations.

Who You Are
  • 2–3+ years’ PQE in private client law (we’re open to candidates with slightly less experience who demonstrate strong potential)
  • Experienced in wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters
  • Looking to progress your career in a role that offers both responsibility and support
  • A great communicator who values long-term client relationships and providing a personal, high-quality service
  • Ambitious, collaborative and ready to grow with the firm

What We Offer
  • High-quality work – Varied and complex cases you can take pride in
  • A supportive team culture – The standards of a top-tier firm with the warmth of a local practice
  • Clear scope for career development – Tailored support to help you grow professionally and personally

Many of our team have joined us from larger firms, drawn by the chance to make a meaningful difference in a friendly and forward-thinking environment.
