Marie qualified in France as an avocat in 2004 and as a UK solicitor in 2011. She specialises in private client work, with a particular focus on cross-border successions and will planning for UK-based clients with assets in more than one jurisdiction.

She joined Belcher Frost in January 2018 after working at Blake Morgan and was appointed Director of Belcher Frost in January 2020. She continues in this role at Belcher Addison.

Penny qualified as a solicitor in 1980. Since 1992, she has specialised in private client work, dealing exclusively with wills, administration of estates, inheritance tax, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, trusts, and other related issues.

She worked as a senior solicitor with Blake Lapthorn before joining Belcher Frost as a partner in 2002. In 2011, she became Senior Partner of Belcher Frost, managing both her private client team and the practice. She continues in this role at Belcher Addison.

Walter is a qualified solicitor and a highly experienced law firm manager. He was Managing Partner of a top 50 law firm for over 16 years before spending five years working on consultancy projects for law firms of all sizes.

With particular expertise in business strategy and growth, Walter is part of the Belcher Addison management team, helping to deliver service excellence for clients and stakeholders and to develop the firm as a premier practice in Emsworth and the surrounding area.

Walter is a keen foodie and enjoys visiting local businesses in Emsworth, including the greengrocers, butchers, and fishmongers. You can often find him in the Emsworth Deli or Driftwood Café.

Chris graduated from Cambridge University and qualified as a solicitor in 1977. He is a Director of Belcher Addison, specialising in wills and trusts.

Alongside his professional role, Chris joined the board of Portsmouth Rotary Housing Association in 2011 and served as Chair between 2016 and 2022. He has also been President of both Portsmouth and Southsea Round Table and the Rotary Club, is an Elder of the South Hayling United Reformed Church, and was an original sponsor of The Hayling Island Men’s Shed.

Chris is a keen golfer and a real tennis enthusiast.

Keri qualified as a solicitor in 2007, having first worked as a paralegal in conveyancing. For nine years, she practised as a local duty criminal solicitor before returning to conveyancing in 2016.

She worked for another local firm before joining Belcher Frost in 2020 as Head of the Conveyancing Team. She continues in this role at Belcher Addison.

Lauren qualified as a solicitor in 2019. She advises on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and administration of estates, with particular expertise in preparing lasting powers of attorney and drafting Court of Protection deputyship applications.

After completing her training at the Portsmouth firm Coffin Mew, Lauren joined Belcher Frost in 2019 to help develop the firm’s expertise in Court of Protection work. She continues in this role at Belcher Addison.

Michelle began her career as a conveyancing assistant in 2009 and progressed to managing her own caseload as a conveyancer in 2018.

She has worked within leading law firms in and around the South Coast and joined Belcher Addison in 2023 as a conveyancing executive.

Donna qualified as a solicitor in 2024, having previously worked in education as a teacher for 26 years. She was part of the first cohort to undertake the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination.

She now works in the Private Client Department, advising on wills, powers of attorney, and other related matters. She has also gained experience in commercial property law and has previously worked for the Crown Prosecution Service.

Donna enjoys meeting clients in person to take their instructions and is based full time at our North Street office.

Claudia has over 36 years’ experience working for leading law firms in London and across the South Coast, covering a range of practice areas. Since 2002, she has specialised as a conveyancing executive managing her own caseload.

She joined Belcher Addison in 2023.

Alanna joined Belcher Addison in October 2025. Alanna has over 15 years experience in general private client area and feels particularly passionate about assisting clients with mental capacity related matters.

Alanna can assist with Court of Protection applications and advise in relation to care funding.

She is bilingual and speaks Polish fluently. She enjoys long walks with her dog Arnold, weight lifting sessions at a gym and a good book!

Alanna supports local dementia initiatives and volunteers her time at Queen Alexandra Hospital contributing to Patient and Carer Collaborative.

Having joined the firm as an Admin Assistant in the residential conveyancing team while it was Belcher Frost in 2021, Tom quickly developed an appetite for the fast-paced world of residential conveyancing.

With an undergraduate degree from the University of Southampton and a master’s degree alongside the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law already under his belt, he is currently undertaking a training contract to qualify as a solicitor.

Abbie qualified as a Private Client Solicitor in 2023 after working as a Paralegal for 5 years.

She specialises in Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax, Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Abbie loves dogs, cooking and travelling abroad.

Rhiannon has over 10 years’ experience in the legal sector.

Outside of work, she is a fitness enthusiast, sun worshipper, and keen traveller, as well as a devoted animal lover who especially cherishes time with her cocker spaniel, Rio.

Alex is a Private Client Solicitor with experience advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and the administration of estates. His career has included roles within respected local and regional practices, as well as a Legal 500 firm, where he gained broad exposure to both complex and sensitive matters.

For Alex, building strong and lasting relationships is at the heart of his work. He focuses on understanding each person’s individual circumstances and supporting them with clarity, empathy and diligence – whether helping them plan for the future or guiding them through a difficult time.

Callum is a Solicitor in Belcher Addison’s Commercial Property department, having joined the firm in January 2026. He qualified in 2023 and previously worked at leading regional, national and international law firms.

He advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant transactions, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, refinancings, wayleaves and easements, as well as general asset management issues.

Callum has acted for private individuals, pension funds, public sector bodies and governmental agencies, with experience managing large-scale property portfolios across the industrial, office, retail, leisure and renewable energy sectors.

David is a solicitor specialising in commercial property matters. He is skilled at delivering straightforward advice that enables those managing property and land assets to maximise revenue while reducing risk. He is also focused on ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.

His work includes large-scale disposal programmes, renegotiating lease terms on volume portfolios, and securing option agreements or conditional contracts for land development projects. David enables businesses to manage their property assets effectively so they can continue to operate profitably.
